Stuffed Mushroom Caps



Stuffed mushroom caps
- 12 mushrooms
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup couscous
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Remove stems from mushrooms; simmer the mushroom caps in olive oil and garlic. Stuff with a mixture of walnuts, Parmesan cheese and cooked couscous.
