Bikini Meal Plan!

30 days until my trip to Atlantis! So what do I do? Order yet ANOTHER bikini!! haha somebody stop me!!

Ok so what am I eating this week? and prob for the next 4 weeks....this is something close to it.

Day 1
Meal 1
1 cup wheat bran
3 tbs whole flax seed
cinnamon
stevia extract
1 scoop protein powder
1 cup almond wilk

Meal 2
2 Cups Green Beans
5 Large Eggs

Meal 3
1/2 scoop Protein power
4 caps fish oil

Meal 4
2 cups Green Beans
5 Large Eggs

Meal 5
7 cups of veggies
5 large eggs

Meal 6 
1 container greek yogurt total 0%  6oz
1 pack Truvia Sweetner
cinnamon


Day 2
Meal 1
1 cup wheat bran
3 tbsp whole flax seed
cinnamon
stevia extract
1 scoop protein powder
1/2 cup cottage cheese

Meal 2
2.5oz chicken
1 tbsp mustard
2 cups cucumbers

Meal 3
3 cups Mushrooms
1 cup carrots
2.5 oz chicken
4 caps fish oil

Meal 4
2 cups almond milk
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder

Meal 5
2.5 oz chicken
10 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup shirataki noodles

Meal 6
1/2 fat free cottage cheese
3 cups cucumbers
