One of the cool things about Beachbody is it really is a community effort to help you stick to your goals. It is what sets P90X, Insanity, Slim in 6 and all of the other programs above the other workouts that are out there.  I had made the most amazing friendships, and you surround yourself with people who have the same goals as you. Everyone is working to better themselves- making the effort to eat right and treat their body right. Not only does it rub off on you, but when you meet people who are going through an experience themselves...they can give advice, ideas and support.
