P90X Day 12- Legs and Back/Ab Ripper X

P90X Legs and Back

Day 12 complete!! Legs and back is not up there on my top fav workouts...but that's prob because it is one of the hardest for me.  I am getting a little better at the pullups (barely lol) but my favorite part of this workout is by far the stretching at the end!! Oh and sneaky lunges...but mostly because the name is fun :)
