P90X Nutrition Guide


When I started P90X, I read the nutrition guide cover to cover. It is one of the most important aspects of the program! It's designed to help you get the most of your workouts by increasing your metabolism and stamina!

We need to eat more NUTRIENT DENSE foods. Forget about the packaged foods. Cook your meals ahead of time- you will start to FEEL so much better! That is without a doubt my favorite benefit of following the guide!
