Portion Distortion

1. Two Slices of Pizza

    This stuff is sooo important to remember because a lot of times we think we're getting a "small" of something or the "regular" size when, in fact, we've just been conditioned by restaurants, fast food joints - and frankly, the government - to believe that these GIANT amounts are normal.
