Sample Meal Plan

    I am constantly stalking fitness model's meal plans for ideas. just thought I'd share! About to have my oatmeal this morning! 
      Meal 1:
      • 1/2 cup Oatmeal with cinnamon.
      • 1/2 cup of fresh strawberries or 2 sliced kiwi
      • Coffee with Splenda
      Meal 2:
      • 5-6 egg whites
      • 1/2 green vegetables or sliced tomatoes
      • 1/2 cup brown rice
      Meal 3:
      • 5 oz cooked chicken breast
      • 1/2 cup broccoli or zucchini or green beans
      • 2 sliced kiwi
      1 hour later or 45 minutes before I go to the gym 1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal.
      Meal 4:
      • Talapia or Salmon cooked in 100% extra virgin olive oil.
      • Fresh green salad with small amount olive oil and vinegar.
      Meal 5:
      • 5-6 egg whites or 4-5 oz lean turkey breast or skinless chicken breast.
      • 1/2 cup favorite green vegetables.
