Does lifting weights make you bulky?

No!!! Ladies, pick up the weights! Don't be afraid of lifting heavy- it transforms you into a tight little package! Who just so happens to be able to move heavy furniture or ward off attackers! 
Chalean Extreme has become one of my favorite workouts because she really walks you through the moves and the workouts are short!! 30-40 min! Lift heavy, get extreme and you get results quicker!!!
