I eat every two and a half to three hours. My typical day goes
something like this:
7:30 - Egg whites and oatmeal
10:00 - Protein shake with chopped apple
12:30 - Chicken breast with half a sweet potato and asparagus
15:00 - Protein shake
18:00 - Bison steak, brown rice and broccoli
21:00 - Egg whites and a tbsp of natural peanut butter
