And that's totally OK to take days off occasionally...I'm all about creating a FUN, easy balance with fitness, nutrition and life
BUT sometimes you have to step out of your comfort zone if you want to achieve something you've never done. You have to push through those lazy thoughts, defeating thoughts and CHOOSE the thing that's hard. The thing that's going to get you one step closer to your goal.
