So last night, I couldn't resist....I had a cup of sugar free hot chocolate. I know, I know....Day 1 and I cheated!! But I promise to do better today!!
Last night I stayed up a little later than usual and was starting to get hungry again, but I just drank 2 glasses of water and called it a night before I started munching.
DAY 2
2pm is wayyyy to long to wait for my Shakeology, so I decided to have it first thing in the morning today. LOVE IT!
Meal 1 : Shakeology
Snack 1: Mini Salad with tomatoes
Meal 2: Chicken with tomatoes and red peppers
Snack 2: Hard boiled egg whites and fresh veggies- broccoli cucumbers
Meal 3: Scrambled eggs with spinach and mushrooms
