Woahhhh my legs are on fire!!! I switched my Kenpo and Plyo days this week because I worked out with a friend and didn't want her to get overwhelmed her first week. But I didn't even think that I would be doing Legs and Back and then Plyo the next day lol
But I want to rock my shorts this summer and if that means really pushing myself....then so be it! Those shorts aren't going to look good on their own!! You can do anything for 30 secs right? :)
