This morning I woke up to try a new workout with a new trainer. I've never worked out with Debbie Seibers before so I didn't know exactly what to expect but I must say it was more intense than I thought it would be! I was SWEATING like crazy!! I did the Tone It Up workout- She doesn't use heavy weights...she does lighter weights with a lot of reps and it BURNS!
