LEAD WITH YOUR DIFFERENCES
Want to know why some coaches just hit the ground running & can create AMAZING Challenge Group posts? Two factors!
#1 They are amazing at observing what successful people do. They watch the top coaches for ideas & see what is working vs what is not working
BUT....they do not copy cat! (Yes, if you are a brand new coach...you can use Challenge group post ideas until you get your feet wet) but if you really want to break out of the pack....STAND OUT...connect with your customers & team on a deeper level....create a consistent message...become an expert an one area (so people seek your advice in ALL areas)....then you need to....
#2 Get CLEAR about your differences & CELEBRATE them!
This part can be a little scary because you fear rejection, judgement, opening yourself up...but without a doubt, it's the most rewarding.
I've spent a lot of time with my coach Lindsay Matway this week & she told me..she was a little worried about posting more about her faith & her faith challenge group. She thought she might lose friends...but instead...she got an overwhelming 75+ applications for people to be in the group.

What is your story?
What are your passionate about?

Think about how you can make your challenge groups SPECIAL- why would someone want to join YOUR group vs the group of one of the THOUSANDS of other coaches.
Why does someone want to follow YOU on Facebook? And trust me...it's not to see a bunch of ADs & copy-paste posts!
