So...
I'm an oatmeal FREAK. I use to love oatmeal then stopped eating it for a few years and I have no idea why! Lately it's been oatmeal, flaxseed, wheat germ, cinnamon, and apples cut up with water. DLISH! But then my BFF lover Kati, told me about Shakeology sprinkled on your oatmeal with vanilla almond milk.

Uhm. SCORE.

Which brings me to my next point.

Chocolatey cereal is my nemesis. I use to eat that stuff for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert, BOO YA! Talk about sugar high. I gave up cereal back in January of 2011 and never looked back. I don't miss the sugar rush, or the sluggish feeling after, but I did miss the chocolatey goodness of it all.

until I tried oatmeal  + almond milk (vanilla is better) + shakeology= Cocoa Pebbles but healthy! Eat it cold or hot, up to you!







It gets easier to avoid words like "fructose corn syrup, maltodextrin, and xanthan gum when you keep the ingredients simple, and natural.

My team is AWESOME because they come up with the BEST stuff!! This recipe is brought to us from the oh so fabulous (not to mention, gorgeous!) Melissa Means! Thank youuuuu girly!!! We adore you!!!

I could re-create this whole post- but I doubt I can make it sound as appealing as her! So in her words, here ya go!!

SO if you love cinnamon rolls like I do.... You are definitely drooling right now.....
Well I am about to ruin your day dream of this juicy little deliciousness. Did you know that the Classic Cinnabon Roll has 813 calories, 32g of FAT, 117 of CARBS, and 803g of sodium?!?!? I can only imagine what that is doing to your blood glucose levels. Maybe we should rename these DIABETES Makers.
It's no huge shocker, but it is a good reality check before ordering one of these suckers.
I do have a MUCH healthier ,guilt free version, that your body will thank you for. Here is my very own Cinnabon Shakeology recipe!



Recipe:
10 oz Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp imitation butter flavor
2 tbsp light cream cheese ( this adds the frosting taste! YUM)
1 packet of Stevia or Truvia
1/2-3/4 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
ice to desired thickness
Blend. Serve. ENJOY!!!
* you can add crushed pecans on the top


This shake really does taste like a delicious cinnamon roll <3 I hope you love it!

Chocolate strawberry cheesecake SHAKE!

I had this shake this morning and it was fantastic! It tasted like eating chocolate cheesecake with strawberries on top. The healthiest thing I put in my body all day and the most delicious....
Blend:
1 scoop of Chocolate Shakeology
4 strawberries
1/4 Cup Nonfat Ricotta Cheese
1/4 Cup Non Fat Plain Yogurt (I used greek)
Ice to taste (I use 8-10 ice cubes)
4 ounces water
4 ounces milk (I used almond milk)

Approx. 270 calories, 5 grams of fiber and a whopping 29 grams of protein!
