2014 Success Club Trip: Beachbody Cruise

It's here! The annual Beachbody Success Club Trip! 
I am OFFICIALLY in {{Vacation Mode}} I kinda feel like EVERYDAY is a vacation day because Jay & I adore what we do! BUT this time it's for realsies because we are going away!!

March 24-March 29 I'll be spending time with my team (and my biz partner/fiance hehe) on an exclusive BEACHBODY only Caribbean Cruise  

Sometimes this job doesn't feel real- everyday gets better & better. 
PS I just want to THANK everyone who believed in me from the beginning & trusted me enough to give me a chance. I too thought network marketing was weird and icky...until I fell in love with P90X and Beachbody. I had NO idea what I was doing in the beginning...other than sharing something that helped me.
It's easy for people to hop on board when they see you are successful (and I LOVE inspiring those people) but it takes a special kind of trust to help someone get STARTED. I have NOT forgotten about you friends! I will be FOREVER grateful and I love you!

The Oak Lodge: Bombshell Winter Retreat!!

Ahhh! I am so excited {and blessed} that I am able to fulfill a BIG dream of mine: I am taking the top performers on my team ( The coaches who are so passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals that they have made it their mission to inspire as many people as possible! ) on a Bombshell Winter Retreat to the beautiful Oak Lodge! 

This place is so gorgeous, I can't even stand it! haha We are going to have an amazing time SWIMMING, hanging in the hot tub and hopefully it will be warm enough to spend some time outside.
(Everyone from PA knows the weather is all over the place this time of year! ) As long as it doesn't rain, I will be happy! 





My team has worked so hard this year and they are my little Bombshell angels! There is no better feeling in the world than to be able to celebrate their success and reward them for helping others!!

Quick Recap! 

It all started in June of 2011 when I met Jay at the Beachbody Coach Summit. LUCKILY I was able to look past first impressions 
We didn't really talk...until the Beachbody Success Trip to the Bahamas. But there...we fell in love. After I went home, I decided to take a chance on my life-long dream & moved to Cali! 
Even though it seems CRAZY, Jay and I got a place together and started building our life in Santa Monica Before long, Baby Bear became part of our family. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect puppy! (She's just like her mommy  
We ended up moving back to my house here in Pittsburgh and welcomed another addition to the family: Winston!! He’s just like his daddy: Loud & smelly! 
Jay is my rock. My poop scooper. My business partner. 
He drives me CAAA-RAAZYY sometimes but he’s my big strong man hehe 
Love isn't finding a perfect person. It's seeing an imperfect person perfectly. 

Thank you for being a part of our love story and cheering us along every step of the way! Love you guys!!!

 I L-O-V-E what I do  Being a Mentor is NOT about bossing people around, micromanaging my team or babysitting them...My Passion is in teaching them how to GROW into their fullest potential.
It's about COACHING people and bringing out their natural talents & abilities!

As you grow into your leadership role...it's very tempting to become a:
a) Fire Fighter- helping coaches deal with "a crisis"
b) Cheerleaders
c) Online/Facebook Junkies
d) Micromanagers 

You are a MENTOR: that means you lead by example! You TEACH your team and then TRUST them. You let them make small mistakes along the way (they have to learn!) You have to be patient and focus on THEIR goals...NOT your goals for them. You have to learn how to speak to each personality type- get to know your coaches and what is most motivating to them. 

I want you to think about...HOW ARE YOU SPENDING YOUR TIME?
As hard it is might be...when you wake up, I want you to IGNORE FACEBOOK NOTIFICATIONS! I want you to ignore your email. 

Instead...I want you to begin your day by reading your "Mission Statement"  
Why is coaching important to you and what legacy do you want to leave as a coach? TRUST ME- that will reconnect you with your Why and get you fired up for the day!

Second, I want you to think about your goals and list them. THEN you should be creating your "To do list" around those goals. Determine what THREE things do you need to get done today that will POSITIVELY impact your business & you'll KICK yourself for not doing! These items should be about BUILDING your business, creating valuable content and a way for people to FIND you! 

Third, I want you to CREATE content! Work on those 3 things! You do not want to stay your day being "Reactive" and responding to every urgent coach question. The resources are available for them to find the answers and you should have already taught them how/where to find the info (if not, you need to!) 

Next, I want you to think about what direction you are leading your team. This should be on your mind everyday- if you dont know where you are going...how are you going to get there?

Are you laying our CLEAR CUT goals for yourself and your team? Are you rallying your team behind a BIG goal that they can ALL aim for and feel proud to contribute to?

3 Day Quick Fix, 21 Day Fix

 You guys!!! If you're like me....and need a little simplicity in your life...You are going to love the 21 Day Fix! 
Losing weight doesn't have to be so stressful and overwhelming. I used to buy into every quick fix, weight loss qizmo (happy to say I never bought the Shake Weight at least! haha)
You just have to keep it simple: eat healthy foods in the right portion sizes and get a good workout in.
If you're feeling a little lost...no worries...Im going to try to guide you!


The 21 Day Fix is NOT just about 21 days...Instead it's broken down into management chunks. Every Day brings you ONE STEP CLOSER to your goal!
It's about balance that you can maintain LONG TERM!  (Don't break out in hives you yo-yo dieters! hehe)
The workouts are only 30 minutes which means you can be EFFECTIVE with your time instead of spending an hour+ fitting in a workout.

What is the 3 Day Fix?


You can do it!! It's a lifestyle NOT a temp fix!
Get beach-ready in 72 hours! This is Autumn’s secret weapon for losing weight fast before a competition or photo shoot. You can do it during the last 3 days of 21 Day Fix for mind-blowing "after" pictures OR if you need a lil extra kick start before a wedding or upcoming event!

It's a great way to "reset" your mind & your body to rid yourself of a few bad habits & overeating practices!  It's not something you want to do for any longer than 3 days, but if done occasionally , its a great way to lose a little weight, fast.

Full disclosure: It's not going to be easy! Staying on track with the meals and drinking plenty of water is KEY!

Here's the deal: 


  • Space meals about 2 hours apart. TIP: Set a reminder on your phone to alert you!
  • Eat those greens! She recommends steamed veggie options like broccoli, asparagus, green beans, zucchini, cucumbers or bell peppers. TIP: Frozen veggies in Steamer bags are a lifesaver!!
  • Approved Seasonings:  lemon and lime juice, vinegars, and spices. No SALT
  • Oatmeal can be flavored with cinnamon, nutmeg, or one packet (1/2 teaspoon) of stevia YUM!!
  • Drink at least one gallon of water a day. Spread it out as much as possible starting with a glass when you first wake up. It will help you feel full while it flushes toxins from your system. 
  • Drink Extra Virgin coconut oil with meals. To prepare: place the desired amount in a microwave safe bowl and zap for 10 to 15 seconds.
  • Coffee or tea is ok to drink, but avoid creamers and sweeteners except stevia.  
  • Stick with your regular workout sched! No need to alter your workouts, the 3 day quick fix can be used anytime! It is also recommended during the last 3 days and only 3 days of the program for maximum results.

Here is an Example of the plan!:
Meal 1: (YELLOW) Steel cut oatmeal (cooked) (RED) Egg whites and 1 spoon of E.V. coconut oil.
Meal 2: 1 (RED) grilled chicken and 1 (YELLOW) steamed yams
Meal 3: 1 (RED) steamed fish and 1(GREEN) steamed veggies
Meal 4: 1 (RED) grilled chicken and 1 (GREEN) steamed veggies and 1 spoon of E.V. coconut oil.
Meal 5: 1 (RED) Steamed fish and 1 (GREEN) steamed veggies and 1 spoon of E.V. coconut oil.
Meal 6: 1 (RED) ground extra lean turkey 1 (GREEN) steamed veggies and 1 spoon of E.V. Coconut oil.

Repeat for 3 days! Drink lots of water and NO SALT!!
