Twin Beds in a Guest Room?

This has nothing to do with clean eating or fitness, but bare with me haha Ever since we moved into our new house, I've been dreaming of one of the guest rooms.
Something about the configuration and the paint color (I went with Revere Pewter by Benjamin Moore) is just so romantic and girly to me.
I almost feel like I have to opt for the "Two Twin Bed Guest Room". Am I crazy?

Pros: Looks fabulous! Very versatile with guests- we do have two additional rooms that can be furnished with a Queen or King bed. When family comes to visit, this would be a great room for kids, singles, heck even married couples might appreciate their own space to stretch out lol
And there are tons of options with how to arrange the room- I like to change things up every once in awhile!
Two twins doesn't mean kiddish looking. I plan to make it very elegant and grown up chic.

Cons: Twice the linens to wash! lol

I'm torn about the confirmation of the room though...It's deeper than it is wide.  If I put the beds against the focal wall, there is less room for a dresser in between (it would have to be a nightstand instead).

If I put the beds against the longer wall, they aren't the focal point of the room and it loses a lot of the "look" I adore. 
I've been giving a lot of thought to the bed I would want in there...for some reason I keep coming back to this style. (see below)

Marceline offers a more feminine take on the simplicity and restraint of late 18th-century furnishings. We employed arched details and cabriole legs to impart a sense of grace and added padded linen upholstery for lasting comfort.

So feminine and romantic! I love! 

While I love the look of all fabric & tufted headboards, I worry that they aren't as durable. How do you clean them (spot-treat please)...and as much as I love them, I think I would get tired of that style after awhile. This bed feels more timeless.

This room doesn't have a lot of sq footage, but it still looks cute and cozy! That gives me hope. It would be difficult to make these beds though...

21 Day Fix Challenge Group: Way to go Mom!~

SO INCREDIBLY PROUD of my mom!! There are so many amazing qualities I get from her...my awesome good looks , sense of humor, lighthearted look at life...and some NOT so awesome things like...I'm ALWAYS late & I cannot remember DETAILS like where I parked my car **thanks mom! hahah

I started as a coach to really commit MYSELF to a healthy lifestyle. But soon after...an amazing thing happened....my journey started to inspire OTHERS. Beachbody has been such a blessing in my life- I feel incredibly lucky to be totally OBSESSED with what I do. {{BUT}} in my heart there has always been ONE person that I hoped to inspire and help...my mom.

You guys don't even understand how much it means to me to have my mom sign up as a coach and really take her health seriously. She's been through so much & has overcome so many struggles from bulimia to depression....raising 4 kids...and all od the craziness that comes with the territory of being a mom.
I KNOW she is going to not only get amazing results and FEEL BETTER....but I hope to have her around for a LONG TIME. So I'll spoon feed her Shakeology if I have to!! hahah

How to Erase the Background of Image on PicMonkey

Borderline obsessed.

Here's the crazy thing guys...I am NOT a professional. There are so many amazing pros out there who can create stunning images with fancy editing software.

Me? I'm just a normal everyday girl. A blonde entrepreneur kicking bootayyy in my business (with my sidekicks Winston & Baby Bear) because we LooOOvveee to help people --- and... we have a serious creative ITCH!  

I get a buttload of questions about PicMonkey.
How I use it, how I did "that," how much do I pay, etc. etc. etc.
1. You can do SO MUCH with the FREE version! I have the paid version because I love having so many fonts haha
2. I've been using & PLAYING WITH PicMonkey for about a year now. The more you play around with it...the more you learn.  So hop to! Just start creating!
3. There ARE tons of tutorials on youtube & picmonkey's blog

4. I'm most creative when I'm having FUN. Blast that 80's pop, throw your hair in a high pony & let the fun begin!

So....

Today, I'm teaching you guys how to:

• Erase the Background from your pics so you can add them to fun background
• How to create a transparent background so you can reuse that sucker over and over without having to constantly erase the same background

Couple things I forgot to mention in the video- 

#1 The "Undo" arrow at the top is money! Mess up? No worries- you're one click away from undoing your disaster

#2  You don't have to make the background transparent- it just makes it easier if you plan to use that image multiple times (See this tutorial if you don't know what I mean: How to Create Beautiful Images)

Quick Bathroom Upgrade: Curved Shower Curtain Rod

Quick Bathroom UPGRADE! I HAVE to share this with you guys because I love mine so much  

Instead of using a regular shower curtain rod...Opt for a curved shower one!
All of the sudden...your tiny shower TRANSFORMS into Narnia haha  You open that shower curtain & it feels like there is a supernatural amount of space. (Perfect elbow room for big guys like Jay hehe)

This simple upgrade is inexpensive & easy to install!

Another nifty upgrade idea...Upgrade the knobs on your vanity! You can use something funky and untraditional like a door knocker OR just get pretty new knobs!
