Beachbody Coach Basics Training: How to get your coaches to engage and participate in your Coach Basics Training Group

Sunday, October 13, 2013

Beachbody Coach Basics Training Group
How to get your coaches to engage in your coach training AND get excited about it!
The most successful coaches are the ones who actively participate in the group by comments, asking questions and giving suggestions/recommendations to others.

Some key points I go over:
How I provide recognition
How I motivated my Coaches to participate
How I invited them to participate
How I got results by initiating responses in the Facebook group
How I created packets to send to the participating Coaches

My tips and strategies on: how I get my coaches to participate and to be excited about the group!
The lessons are great but in my opinion the learning really happens when coaches engage in the group, post questions, and interact with each other.
My job as is a leader is to help my coaches stand on their own two feet and grow away from me. I will always be there for them but I want to them to be independent of me.
The first thing you must do before you even add anyone to the group is you have to be clear about what it is and what you expect from them. Be very upfront about the requirements.
Some of your coaches may not have a lot of experience on Facebook or very much experience in the groups. If you were to tell me that I would be in a Training group...honestly I would think Im just in the group to listen, learn and only speak up when I have a question.
You have to set the expectation and let them know what is the purpose of your group!
Here is a sample script that I use in my group
"Coach Basics is NOT a group where you are a fly on the wall.
For the next 30 days, I'm committed to SHARING great tips, tools, and techniques that will build your business and teach you the 3 Vital Behaviors of a successful Coach. I can give you the tools but its up to YOU to implement them. I put a lot of TIME, Energy and my HEART into this training. It's not JUST posting in some facebook group for me...it's about building a FOUNDATION for YOUR dreams. MY MISSION as a coach is to help young bad ass women entrepreneurs live up to their FULL potential, fulfill their dreams, and INSPIRE other women to reach for greatness. For those reasons I take this VERY SERIOUSLY!!!!

This is NOT "just another Facebook group" In here, you will form friendships, lay the groundwork for your FUTURE and HELP ME build OUR TEAM. You are not a wallflower in here...I literally NEED your ladies help in creating not only an amazing experience for you...but also to be a part of something that inspires others to take action.

This group is for us to share our experiences and hold each other accountable. Please plan to participate every day so you don't miss out. I love comments and questions, so post away! This isn't just about the business- Beachbody is PART of our lives not our ENTIRE lives so I love to talk about other things too! (fashion, shoes, puppies, glitter...hehe)

But BECAUSE I take this so seriously, I have a Strike 3 Policy. Your participation is vital to YOUR success and the success of this group. If you miss more than 3 assignments, I WILL remove you from the group and you can and request to join one at a later date once you show me you are serious."

Ladies, forget the number on the scale!

Tuesday, October 8, 2013

It's really easy to get wrapped up in the number on the scale or the size of your clothes...but if you want to be truly happy...it's all about feeling good in YOUR skin!

Love this message from my good friend Abby!

"It feels DAMN GOOD to shop your own closet! I don't care about weight, clothing size or counting calories. I live for FEELING GOOD in my own skin life is too short to walk around UNSATISFIED with not only your physical reflection but also the internal one. I workout because it keeps me #healthy #happy and #sane. I do it for the burn, sweat, mental challenge and physical push. Wouldn't it be nice to slip into some old clothes that were once too tight? #HELLYEAH Ladies stop being concerned with the scale, it's a number that does not define you. I'm not a size 0 and I'm def not trying to get to my lowest weight. I'm trying to reach my highest potential by building LEAN MUSCLE. #strongbody = #strongmindset"

Abby got these results by doing the T25 Workout Program and Shakeology (get it here)

Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Treats for Dogs

Monday, September 30, 2013

HEALTHY RECIPE! **For your fur baby! But honestly, it's so yummy...you might just have to make some for yourself! LOL
When we first got Baby Bear, I had no idea what food to give her...All I know is...I want her to live a VERY LONG and healthy life!! After doing research and learning how to read Dog food labels (just like YOU should be reading labels for YOUR food), I realized that a lot of the commercial dog foods/treats are TOTAL crap. I try to make healthy recipes for myself so why wouldn't I make some good stuff for my little angels! Plus...it's WAY less $$$ than buying fancy treats, it doesn't take long to make AND you know EXACTLY what is in it!
Here is a VERY simple and YUMMY recipe you can make for your pups!
I made a SMALL batch but you can easily double or triple this recipe!

INGREDIENTS

1/2 Bananas
1/2 cup Yogurt
1 tablespoon Peanut Butter
Combine ingredients, mash into a ice cube tray of your choice (I used these little hearts) Freeze for 2 hours and then they are ready to enjoy!

For a REALLY adorable take on this recipe, check out this blog! http://thehappinessinhealth.com/peanut-butter-frozen-yogurt-treats-for-dogs I'm going to make them this way next time!

Fit Tip: Plan and Prep your Meals Ahead of Time

Wednesday, August 21, 2013

Remember P.P.P.P.P! Sheesh that's a lotta Ps!
Proper planning prevents poor picks!! AND it keeps you outta the kitchen. I can't stand cooking sometimes so I'd rather just make it all on one batch and then heat & eat!
This was especially helpful when I worked (before I was a coach)Just knowing I had something easy to heat up was enough to keep me away from Chick Fila!

PS I made this for Jay- he likes everything plain. But when I make chicken for myself I use Season chicken breasts with garlic, onion powder, paprika, cumin and my new discovery Liquid Smoke!

Healthy Clean Eating Tip

Tuesday, August 20, 2013

In my challenge groups, I have so many women who are afraid to OVEREAT. Instead of stressing about calories... just keep things SIMPLE!

As Michael Pollan said “Eat food, not too much, mostly plants.”
What would you rather do? Starve and as soon as you eat again, gain all the weight back PLUS some OR practice balanced eating. Eat whole foods without counting calories (& even give yourself a cheat meal once a week) to STOP the YO-YOing and turn this into a LIFESTYLE where you actually get to LIVE and enjoy food

Tips!
#1 Spice up your life! I CANNOT be the only one who thinks veggies can be icky! haha BUT!! Seasoning is your friend & if you learn how to  make them correctly and seasoned those babies... I promise they will fabulouso!!!
#2 Portion Control! Your protein portion at each meal should be the size of your closed, tight fist.
#3 Load up on Veggies! Veggies pack a lot of punch! Nutrient dense but low in calories. You can cook them anyway you want that doesn’t add fat (steam, eat raw, boil, bake, grill, etc!) It’s hard to get bored because there are so many options!
Instead of counting calories or “dieting” just make eating clean a LIFESTYLE! You’ll feel better, more energized and your skin will look amazing!
PS If you are eating on a budget, frozen chicken and veggies are SOO inexpensive! Especially if you hit up Costco!

Beachbody Elite Coach Tip

Monday, August 19, 2013

Beachbody ELITE COACH TIP: Put your oxygen mask on first BEFORE helping others!

Sometimes when people become a "coach" they have a tendency to put their own goals on the back burner because they are so excited about helping others. I want to remind you that reaching YOUR goals....living a healthy & fit lifestyle builds the FOUNDATION to a successful business!
Check out the Top 10 Elite Coaches! They might not all LOVE fitness- but they set the bar and lead by example!!! They make their health a priority. Prioritize your day: Get your workout in FIRST and then you can move on to your other “to dos”. You'll feel more accomplished, inspired, CONFIDENT and speak from a place of true BELIEF in the products!
The coaches who provide VALUE...succeed in this business. It's not about selling or “getting people”... it's about providing solutions and solving problems. You change the most lives... I PROMISE you will make the most money. Your income is a direct reflection of the number of lives you have changed. But you have to start with YOURS!

I am NOT a personal trainer. I am NOT certified in anything fitness/nutrition. I am a girl who tried P90X and fell in love with Beachbody. I’m a girl who surrounded myself with positive, goal oriented people for accountability. I am a girl who shared my story so that I could help inspire others! It might be a lil selfish...but I BECAME a coach because I KNEW that meant lighting the way and leading by example. It meant...I HAD to finish P90X lol

It’s not about perfection...it’s about PROGRESS and showing others what is possible! Start where you are, decide where you want to go...and take the first STEP to becoming that person... then take another step everyday thereafter! Eventually when you will look back...you’ll be MILES from where you started, living out your dreams... Surrounded by like-minded, incredible people you have attracted into your life simply by BEING INCREDIBLE yourself!
If you ARE a coach, my challenge to you is to get your workout in and SHARE a lil part of your journey in the comments section!

If you are NOT a coach and you would like to:
- Actively get in the best shape of your life.
- Be surrounded by some of the most incredible people you have ever met!
- Have the opportunity to work for YOURSELF and have the potential to grow a 6 figure + income.
- Be trained personally by someone who has already successfully done so...

Fit Tip of the Day: Do Not Skip Meals

Fit Tip of the Day: Do NOT skip meals!
Ever try the "starvation diet"? My results= no weight loss and a serious case of the mood swings haha
When you deprive yourself of nutrition, your body assumes that food is scare and hangs on to everything you feed it later with ferocity! Which makes it hard to lose weight. On top of that fiasco...it wreaks havoc on your metabolism- slowing it down and confusing it. (basically...good luck losing weight!)

Instead...try eating on a schedule. Steady meal timing helps regulate your digestive system, blood sugar and insulin levels, and appetite.
Some people prefer spacing their calories out in 3 meals...some (like me) prefer 5-6 small meals. Do what works for you! As long as you're not skipping
Think of every meal as an opportunity to do something good for your body- plan your meals and look forward to them!

This might not be something that comes naturally to you...so to get in the habit of eating on a schedule you can set the timer on your phone. This was very helpful to me because I would get caught up at work and hours would fly by. But when my timer went off, I knew that was pririoty so I would find a stopping place and eat.
Also, I love Tosca Reno's method of packing a cooler. This was a MUST when I worked a full time job (before I was a Beachbody Coach). Pack your meals for work OR if it's the weekend and you're on the go...pack some easy snacks like nuts, fruit, Shakeology, water, etc...It will keep you out of the drive thru! I tend to make bad decisions when I'm hungry lol

Bonus tip! When you are planning your meals- make sure eat meal includes a combo of lean protein and complex carbs
(Ex: Baked salmon, Sweet potato & steamed veggies)

Nutrition Tip of the Day

Tuesday, August 13, 2013

Here it is!!! Your First Nutrition Tip of the Day! MAKE SMALL CHANGES FIRST!

Rome was not built in a day!! And neither were your poor eating habits. It has taken a lifetime to end up where you are now so be kind to yourself. Kind...but firm. Really consider WHY it's important to you to make these changes. Then set your sights on making small, significant changes FIRST.
Start reading labels. To make changes with yourself & your family, you have to be honest with yourself about what your food is doing to your health. You also need to have realistic goals....so start with one or two goals a month.
Here are some great stater goals!
*Get rid of all High Fructose Corn Syrup in your house.
*Veggies with every meal. Here is a great guideline: your protein portion the size of your open palm (not hand, just the palm). You can then fill the rest of your plate with veggies.
*Kick the soda habit. Just drink water
Set some definitive goals for yourself & then write them down. I can't stress that enough- you have to write down your goals for you to really implement them and take them seriously! Put them on your grocery list, write them on the door of your fridge, tell your family members too so when they say – Hey! Where’s the soda!? You can say – Remember, we’re not having that anymore. And tell them why. You are making strides towards living happier, healthier lives! Once you've met your goal for a month...you can set another one. You’re moving forward!
If you found this helpful and tune in for another tip tomorrow!

Healthy Snack Recipe: No Bake Nutter Butter Bars

Sunday, July 21, 2013

Today, I was in desperate need of a healthy snack recipe. The cutest lil girl came to the door selling chocolate and caramel corn for her dance team. I do alright avoiding the sweets until the are right in my face haha  Soooo I decided to let Jay eat the junk and make my own yummy but healthy treat.

If you love peanut butter, you NEED to make these!

No Bake Nutter Butter Bars

3 cups Old Fashioned Rolled oats
1/2 cup agave nectar or honey
2 tbsp coconut butter (optional)
2 tbsp Vanilla Almond Milk
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut or almond)
1/2 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc)
1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, etc)
2 scoops Protein Powder (Vanilla or I used Cookie Dough choc chip)

First, warm your nut and coconut butter with your agave.  I used really low heat and gently stirred until they were soft. Add in Vanilla Almond Milk.

Remove from heat. Add oatmeal, cinnamon, and protein powder. To make this easier/more fun, I just used my hands to mix everything together. (I used gloves so I didn't get peanut butter everywhere)

Add in dried fruit, nuts and anything else you want to add (ex: flaxseed, dried apples, sunflower seeds or get creative and add in 2 tbsp instant coffee!)

I covered a pan with parchment paper- press into your pan, refrigerate. Once it's cool...you can cut into squares...and Enjoyyyyy!

Baked Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

Tuesday, July 16, 2013

Baked Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

What you need:
2 cups Old Fashioned rolled oat
3 Tbsp Truvia, honey or maple syrup
3 Tbsp chopped nuts (almond, walnut, pecans, you could even do pistachios or peanuts!)
1/4 cup dried fruit (I recommend raisins, craberries or blueberries)
2 cups coarsely chopped diced apples (I prefer Granny Smith)
2 cups Vanilla Almond Milk
3 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cardamon (opt.)

Preheat your oven: 325 degrees

Mix your oats, apples, nuts, and dried fruit all in a large bowl. Then in another bowl, whisk your eggs, almond milk, honey (or sweetner of your choice), and spices. Pour over your oatmeal mixture and gently stir.

Pour your oatmeal deliciousness into a pyrex dish and bake at 325 for about an hour, until golden brown.
If you REALLY want to make it a treat...you will want to make the whipped topping!

Greek Yogurt Whipped Cream
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey, plus more for drizzling
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
You can either stir them together or Whip the yogurt, honey and vanilla in a blender or with an electric mixer until it’s creamy, smooth and yummy.  Blend for about 2 min
Refridgerate until it's time to top your apple bake!

7 Day Shakeology Challenge

Saturday, July 13, 2013

Anyone interested in doing a 7 day shakeology challenge with me? Ok so I drink Shakeology everyday but I KNOW how nervous I was to commit to it. I was kinda freaking out that you could only get it online without trying it first (what sort of scam is this?!)
Thankfully, my friend Lindsay was drinking it and assured me it was legit... so trusted her...took the plunge and ordered it on home direct. I am soooo weird about getting things on autoship because I don't want to get charged a million dollars and sucked into something I can't cancel. Lucky for us, Beachbody has an amazing customer service staff and if you need to postpone or cancel your order, you just shoot 'em an email.

I am sooooo glad I got the full 30 day supply because to be honest with you...the first time I made it...I did not like it.
Maybe it's because I have no idea how to mix shakes...maybe it's because I had this clumpy yet watered down shake...it was kinda nasty haha But after reading some recipes and getting tips on how you should blend it, I figured out how to make it the way I LOVVE. Guys I am serious OBSESSED with this stuff- I would not lead my friend astray!
(Some tips I learned from that first week....always put your liquid in FIRST! I didn't know if you put the powder in first it creates this air pocket that is impossible to mix haha)

If you are not yet addicted to Shakeology...Try it our for a week and see/FEEL the benefits for yourself.
The purpose of this Challenge: Well it's designed for people who need a little help getting their fitness and nutrition journey going, but aren't ready to commit to a full 30, 60 or 90-day program yet (I know how overwhelming that can be!). This Shakeology Challenge will help you lose weight, incorporate exercise into your daily routine and get in the habit of eating healthy, balanced meals a day.

During the seven days, you will be asked to:
  • Replace one meal a day with Shakeology
  • Exercise at least 5 of the 7 days for at least 30 minutes (walking, jogging, Beachbody workout, gym, your choice! Just get moving!)
  • Eat healthy, nutrient dense meals 95% of the time. You can browse the challenge group for recipe ideas- I promise they are yummy. We will follow the Shakeology eating plan found here.
  • Drink at least 64 oz. of water per day
  • Weigh in only on days 1, 4 and 8 (for 7 full days of nutrition and exercise)
What do YOU get out of this?
  • In 7 days you will FEEL the benefits of Shakeology, the energy it gives you, and honestly...eating clean just me in a better mood!
  • A closed Facebook group for Accountability, Support and new friends hehe
  • Workout routine ideas and encouragement
  • Clean eating guidelines, tons of healthy and delicious recipes
  • A healthy routine that sets the wheels in motion for a healthier lifestyle
  • Weight loss is an added bonus, the real benefit is in the foundation you lay and the nutrients your body will be getting

12 Tips to Setting Healthy Eating Habits

Monday, July 8, 2013

Eating better is hard...I think it's actually the hardest aspect of getting in shape.  And I'm not the only one who thinks so....many people get frustrated, fall short or give up. Here 12 tips to make healthy eating habits stick!

1. Set Goals: It starts by having clear and realistic goals. Write a list of things you want to change about your diet. Also incorporate goals that you may have regarding your body and plan your diet around those goals. I recommend setting present goals, short term, and long term goals. If you try and do everything all at once you can be overwhelmed and want to quit. Take it one goal at a time if need be, and one day at a time, this isn’t a race. You may also want to write reasons why you want to make a change in your eating habits. You might share your goals with others who will help you meet them. You can put your goals where others can see them “on the fridge, at work” to motivate you to work harder. This will also get others behind you and involved in your new routine. As you achieve your goals, check them off. This will give you a sense of accomplishment and add excitement leading to your next goal.

2. Have Realistic expectations- Any diet plan needs to work with you and not against you. You need to be realistic when setting up the parameters of your new diet. Your plan needs to work for you and your situation. It needs to fit your schedule and your budget. If you don’t follow your budget, your cooking costs will get too high and you will have to withdraw from the diet you set up. If you don’t cook for your schedule and your eating times you will find yourself without food and scrambling to find a healthy choice. So be realistic with time, and give yourself extra time to prepare food, or have food pre-packed. Also know that obstacles can and will come into your path from time to time to derail you and your progress, so don’t think that everything will be easy and will just happen. This takes work.

3. Be Proactive - Make a list of healthy foods you enjoy, and what foods you can take with you to work, in the car, school, etc. You can create entire menus revolving around where you will be at what time of the day. Never give yourself an excuse to not have something available for you to eat, no matter where you are when you are supposed to have a meal. Always keep healthy foods on hand. If you don’t you will probably eat whatever is available at the time whether it be fast food, office treats, etc. This can throw off a diet plan and get you in the habit of making bad food choices and eat whatever is fast and convenient. Know where you will be at what time of the day, when you are open to cook, to eat, to shop for groceries, and plan accordingly. When you fail to plan, you plan to fail.

4. Consistency is key - Most people respond well to consistency. Make a plan and stick to it. Try to eat at around the same times daily and keep to the same portion size and caloric intake.. Your body will recognize this pattern and in turn keep your metabolism burning and your energy levels will stay high. You will feel better, and get in a healthy routine. It is easy to sabotage yourself by grabbing nasty snacks to meet uncontrolled cravings. The time you spend on planning and consistency is a true investment that will benefit you for the rest of your life.

5. Be flexible - Of course, even the best plans fall short at times. Life can sometimes get the best of all of us. Sometimes your eating routines need to change. Where you can, try to plan ahead for these events and have items on hand you can take with you when you’re in a rush or are eating out. Example: Bag of almonds, protein bars and shakes, fresh fruit. Also educate yourself on nutrition through the internet, books, and magazines. You can use this knowledge to help you improvise and find foods that are compatible with your diet, for example if you are out with friends or stuck with no time to cook. Find items that are less time consuming that you can take with you in a pinch.

6. Don’t be so hard on yourself -Nobody is perfect all the time. If you mess up, miss a few meals, or even have a bad couple of days, just pick yourself up and get back on track. You’re doing this for you, and the added stress of not living up to your own expectations can lead to a total diet derailment. Being healthy and eating healthy does not mean you can’t enjoy foods not on your meal plan. So don’t be so hard on yourself. YOU CAN DO IT!

7. Stick with your plan - It takes time to develop healthy behaviors. After about a month of eating better consistently, you will have developed a habit. You will find that everything you initially may have had a hard time doing becomes more effortless and be a normal part of your day to day life.

8. Have fun - Eating right takes dedication, commitment and sacrifice. Don’t stress yourself out over small bumps in the road. You have the power to change any negative into a positive, and you have the choice to have a positive outlook regarding any situation you find yourself in. Find fun ways to keep yourself motivated. Get friends and family involved. Set challenges at home, with friends, or at work to start eating healthier. Take the time to cook and try new and interesting recipes. You are making change for the better, so why not make it enjoyable.

9. Give yourself praise - You are not a dog so don’t reward yourself with treats. Realize that changing your eating habits can be a daunting task for anyone. Just think how long you have had your current habits and know that changing those habits will not happen overnight, but with time. Congratulate yourself on any healthy changes you make, you deserve the praise. Praise builds confidence and makes you feel good about the healthy choices you are making, and in turn help keep you on your path to betterment.

10. Don’t rush into this - People always start with the best of intentions and will try and do everything at once. They get overwhelmed and quit before they really even started. Small changes add up and can make a huge difference. Work on one thing at a time and keep adding to it. Before you know it you will have many healthy habits that incorporate together to make a healthy lifestyle and a healthier and happier you.

11. Focus on the journey and not the destination - To live a healthy lifestyle is never easy. In order to enjoy this lifestyle with all the ups and downs, we must enjoy the process and the journey on the way to our destination. Once we hit our destination we immediately look to the next mountain top and we either want more, or worst case scenario we think that we have accomplished all we need to and we relax on all of the things that got us there in the first place. Take pride in small victories along the way, they add up.

12. Measure Success and Set New Goals: Making successful changes means measuring your progress towards your goals and recognizing your accomplishments. As you meet short-term goals, you can plan the next steps with more confidence. Constantly re-strategizing your goals takes long-term visualization. That long-term vision needs to be broken down into doable steps.

How to Make Vanilla Shakeology

Wednesday, July 3, 2013

How to Make Vanilla Shakeology! It's HEREEEE! Vanilla has ARRIVED and we have been busy trying out new recipes. One of the things I love about the flavor is...you don't have to dress it up. I really like it mixed with just water or Vanilla Almond milk. Use this Vanilla Shakeology recipe calendar for ideas!

HOW TO MAKE VANILLA SHAKEOLOGY

1 Serving Vanilla Shakeology
Add Ice to taste (I use a handful, Jay likes to fill the whole cup with ice) (add more ice for a thicker shake) to the ingredients listed. Mix in blender until creamy.

You’ve got the choices: Fresh or frozen fruit. Regular, skim, almond, or rice milk. And almond butter instead of peanut butter—use whichever you like better. Enjoy!

If you want to keep it simple, try:
4 oz water
4-6 oz Vanilla Almond Milk
Handful of Ice
1 Serving Shakeology

Blend until creamy!
Tastes like cake batter!

Is Network Marketing a pyramid Scheme? Is Beachbody coaching a pyramid scheme?

Wednesday, June 12, 2013

Is networking marketing a pyramid scheme? Here is what Lindsay M. Top 10 Elite 15 Star Diamond coach and Donald Trump has to say!
The Donald says it BEST.

I can say with 100% CERTAINTY that if 3 years ago, GOD HIMSELF came to me and said, "Lindsay, I scanned through a list of things that would make you MOST HAPPY in your life:

- Being able to STAY AT HOME with your family
- Not having to worry about MONEY
- Having a CAREER you have PASSION for
- Being able to help your extended family financially
- The ability to know your work positively impacts the lives of others...

and I have decided you will become a TOP NETWORK MARKETER..."

I would have BEGGED HIM to change His mind!!!

I HAD THE ABSOLUTELY WORST OPINION about this business model! I thought it was about frauding people out of their money to buy products that DON'T WORK, convincing them to join some "business opportunity" where I made money simply by scheming them into joining 'my team'... and that truthfully... only people at THE TOP ever made any money!!!

ANYONE ELSE EVER GET THAT IMPRESSION?

Well, here is the thing... God KNEW that would be my reaction,... so He TRICKED ME INTO THIS BUSINESS!!! (no, REALLY!) I was never actually "signed up" by another coach! I CALLED INTO BEACHBODY CORPORATE myself to see if there was some type of referral program set up because I was telling EVERYONE about how AWESOME P90X was... (and my POST BABY RESULTS proved it!)

From there I was assigned to another coach randomly as a LEAD... and come to find out, that person loves fitness, but is not active in the business side. So... that meant I was going to have to build my business from the ground up, with no real guidance. (I used to be a little bitter about this, but MAN, I SO SEE WHY this happened now... It was so that I could prove you could succeed in this business, with or without upline help.

- I have since seen FIRST HAND that not only do our products WORK, they CHANGE LIVES...

- I have come to LOVE and ADORE the fact that in this business I do NOT make MONEY off someone signing up as a coach, but rather ONLY if they SUCCEED, do I benefit... therefore I have a VESTED INTEREST in my team's success.

- Lastly, that it doesn't matter if you signed up as a founding member or if you just signed up today, we ALL have an equal shot at success. I make MORE THAN many of the founding coaches and I have been building my business for less than 3 years.

I KNOW there are BAD EGGS out there... people who act out of GREED and build a LESS THAN STELLAR reputation for this business model... (ONE THAT I BELIEVED was absolutely true until I started on my own journey.) BUT, MY GOSH... I wake up every single day and THANK GOD for bringing Beachbody into my life... THE PEOPLE who I am connected with today are THE MOST PASSIONATE, INSPIRING BUNCH I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS!!! They have undoubtedly CHANGED MY LIFE... and I KNOW FOR A FACT I am a part of the best BUSINESS MODEL OUT THERE!

Bombshell Means Business

Fitness has a funny way of inspiring us to reach for bigger dreams. I started out as a Beachbody customer (quite frankly, I was a little embarrassed that I bought P90X...it’s in an INFOMERICAL!! hahah)
At the time I had no idea Beachbody would transform me physically...but also mentally and financially as well.

Completing P90X and Brazil Butt Lift was not just about losing weight...it awakened a part of me that I always knew was there....the dreamer...and more importantly...the DOER.
It gave me confidence and courage to dream big and follow through.
Completing P90X is a rite of passage...you tear down the walls and restrictions you place on yourself. Suddenly you realize that once you put your mind to something...you WILL achieve it.
My dreams continued to grow and I started thinking about how I could help, inspire or motivate others. I wanted to use my passions and talents to show other women what is possible.

Skinny Fat --->> Curvy Fit ---->> LEADER, MENTOR, ENTREPRENEUR

I am NOT a beachbody robot or a fitness expert.... I’m a young entrepreneur who is very passionate about my family (my lil Baby Bear), friends, fashion, home decor and I am VERY passionate about helping others live a healthy lifestyle (mind, body and soul).
My MISSION is to help other women live a healthy, fulfilling life...to stop limiting themselves, to start dreaming bigger and to continue building an incredible community of driven women who support each other and lift one another up.

THIS Bombshell is NOT about “getting skinny” or becoming obsessed with the scale. THIS Bombshell is inspiring others to live a HEALTHY lifestyle and empowering others to take the bull by the horns and OWN their life. I want to teach other women just like me how to go from skinny fat and floating through life...to a confident Elite 8 Star Diamond Coach (and beyond! hehe) THIS Bombshell Means BUSINESS!

Dream Big. Live More. Inspire the Next.

Think YOU have what it takes to be a great Coach?!
